As I was writing panel 2 of this week’s strip, I realized something: Sci-Fi films are chick flicks for guys! Just think about it: Bad acting, lame plots, stupid setups, and in the end, everybody learns a little something about love, sex, and how to blow away evil aliens. Well, okay, maybe that last point doesn’t quite carry… unless you think of the unfeeling cad who keeps the lovebirds apart as the evil alien! Yeah, it totally works! It’s just in one, there’s foreplay; in the other, it’s lasers.
Ahem.
