So, yeah, a little over a week ago, we got smacked with a mess of snow. A friend of mine–originally from upstate New York–joked, “You know what we called snowstorms like this when I was growing up? Wednesday. Ha!”
The rest of us, thinking it a good joke, laughed.
Then, a few days later, while we were still digging out from the first storm, another blizzard hit us. Grand total between the two storms for our area? Around 36 inches of snow. That’s 3 feet!
And do you know on what day that second batch hit us?
Wednesday.
